Returns & Refunds Policy

At Trans Recovery Supply (“TRS”), we take care in assembling and packing every order. Please review the information below carefully to understand our return, refund, and exchange policies.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, you must contact us for authorization.

Please email support@transrecoverysupply.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) and quantity being returned
  • The reason for the return

You will receive return instructions within 2 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) affected
  • Description of the issue
  • At least one clear photo of the damaged or defective item

Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions within 2 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Items with outdated packaging
  • Items that were ordered incorrectly
  • Items that are opened or used

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • If a return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by TRS

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance when returning items. TRS is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Returned items must be postmarked by the 30th day from the original purchase date.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email within 3–4 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times vary by payment provider and may take several business days to appear on your account

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays are common)

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are final sale and non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier — including those confirmed by tracking or signature — are not eligible for refunds.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package if signature confirmation is required.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

Some recovery kits may ship in multiple packages.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring tracking information
  • Scheduling redelivery if required
  • Retrieving packages from the carrier

Packages returned to TRS due to failed delivery, refusal, or lack of pickup are not eligible for a refund.

If you request reshipment of a returned package:

  • A new shipping fee will apply
  • A $30 repackaging fee per package will be charged
  • Outdated supplies and original shipping fees are non-refundable
