Shipping Policy

At Trans Recovery Supply (“TRS”), we understand that timely delivery is an important part of recovery planning. The information below outlines our shipping timelines, handling procedures, and special considerations so you can order with confidence.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Processing time includes order verification, careful packing, and preparation for shipment. During high-volume periods or when kits contain multiple items, processing may take the full handling window.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes (United States)

For most U.S. orders, you should expect delivery within approximately two (2) weeks from the date your order is placed.

Delivery time is made up of:

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Carrier transit time: 1–8 business days, depending on shipping method and destination

Orders containing a single item or a small number of supplies may arrive sooner.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Hazardous Materials & Ground Shipping Requirements

Some products sold by TRS (including, but not limited to hand sanitizer, saline wound wash, and alcohol prep pads) are classified as hazardous materials under carrier regulations.

Because of this:

  • These items cannot be shipped by air
  • They must be shipped via ground transportation
  • Ground shipping transit times range from 1–8 business days (excluding handling time)

Orders containing hazardous materials may require additional time, and expedited shipping options may be limited or unavailable.

We strongly recommend placing your order at least three (3) weeks before your supplies are needed if your kit includes hazardous materials.

Expedited Shipping Options

Expedited shipping (such as Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express) may be available for:

  • Post-op Supplements
  • Scar Care Kits
  • Select individual supplies

Expedited shipping is not available for:

  • Kits containing hazardous materials
  • Certain liquid or alcohol-based products

If expedited shipping is selected for an order that cannot ship by air, we will contact you to discuss alternative options. In some cases, expedited delivery may be possible depending on your distance from our fulfillment location.

Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require expedited delivery.

Canadian Orders

TRS ships to Canada; however, Canadian orders should expect longer delivery timeframes. Estimated delivery timelines and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Additional considerations:

  • Customs processing may cause delays
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products

Urgent or Time-Sensitive Orders

If you need your order within a specific timeframe, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees, restrictions, or shipping limitations may apply.

Tracking, Signature Confirmation & Package Security

For orders with a total value of $55 or more, tracking information is provided and signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Opting Out of Signature Confirmation

You may request to opt out of signature confirmation by contacting us within three (3) days of placing your order.

Please note:

  • TRS is not responsible for orders lost or stolen once delivered without signature confirmation
  • Refunds cannot be issued for lost or stolen packages without signature confirmation
  • After three (3) days, signature confirmation cannot be removed

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

While we work closely with our shipping partners, TRS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
